Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement social programs and services to meet the needs of our residents, including counseling and advocacy.
  • Collaborate with direct care staff to ensure seamless delivery of services and support.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to social work staff, promoting a culture of excellence and compassion.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Social Work or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in a leadership role.
  • LSW licensure and certification by the State Social Worker and Counselor Board.
