Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team at a premier 5-star Columbus location. As a Physical Therapist at Concept Rehab, you will have the opportunity to work with a large, dynamic therapy team focused on excellent patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Evaluate patients for rehabilitation services within 24 to 48 hours of physician's orders.
- Develop effective treatment plans and treat patients according to the treatment plan of care.
- Supervise the Licensed Physical Therapy Assistant in the delivery of clinical services and interactions with other staff, patients, and family members.
- Communicate with physicians, clinical managers, and other health team members, patients, and family regarding patient progress, problems, and plans.
- Achieve or exceed the minimum productivity standard established by Concept Rehab.
- Participate in in-service training programs for other staff in the facility and record treatment notes, progress notes, and provide objective input for discharge summaries.
- B.S., Masters, or DPT in Physical Therapy.
- Licensed in the state(s) where services are being provided as a Physical Therapist.
