We are seeking a highly skilled Material Handler to join our team at Multi-Color Corporation. As a Material Handler, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our production processes.
Key Responsibilities- Read and understand job tickets and layouts to produce high-quality products.
- Execute plan schedules accurately and promptly to maximize throughput.
- Work closely with associates to coordinate workflow and achieve performance metrics.
- Complete required documentation in a timely and accurate manner.
- Safely operate material moving equipment and assist with equipment maintenance.
- Dispose of waste materials properly and maintain a clean work environment.
- Comply with facility safety policies and procedures, as well as regulatory requirements.
- Interact professionally with colleagues and maintain a positive work environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent training and experience.
- Ability to operate material handling equipment, including forklift experience.
- Basic math and reading skills, as well as computer literacy.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Physical demands include standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
