Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Material Handler to join our team at Multi-Color Corporation. As a Material Handler, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our production processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Read and understand job tickets and layouts to produce high-quality products.
  • Execute plan schedules accurately and promptly to maximize throughput.
  • Work closely with associates to coordinate workflow and achieve performance metrics.
  • Complete required documentation in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Safely operate material moving equipment and assist with equipment maintenance.
  • Dispose of waste materials properly and maintain a clean work environment.
  • Comply with facility safety policies and procedures, as well as regulatory requirements.
  • Interact professionally with colleagues and maintain a positive work environment.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent training and experience.
  • Ability to operate material handling equipment, including forklift experience.
  • Basic math and reading skills, as well as computer literacy.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Physical demands include standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
