Speech-Language Pathologist in School Setting

Overview
We are currently seeking a skilled School Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team at Supplemental Health Care. As a Speech-Language Pathologist in a school setting, you will play a vital role in assessing, screening, evaluating, and developing individualized education plans (IEPs) for students.
About the Role
This position requires a Master's degree in education or equivalent experience with a bachelor's degree. You must be licensed as a Speech-Language Pathologist in Georgia and hold American Heart Association BLS certification. ASHA certification is also preferred.
Responsibilities
- Assess, screen, evaluate, and share results with parents and the school interdisciplinary team
- Develop and implement IEPs for students while reviewing goals and objectives to make recommendations for appropriate care plans
- Establish a positive learning environment while providing response to intervention for the needs of each student
- May be asked to supervise assistants
