Responsibilities- Provide basic care and assistance with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Assist patients with ambulation and mobility, using walkers or wheelchairs as needed
- Prepare and serve light meals, and assist with feeding patients when needed
- Help maintain a safe and healthy environment, including light housekeeping tasks
- Document patient care and progress, and report any changes or concerns to the Registered Nurse
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license
- 6 months of patient care experience in hospice, home health, ICU, geriatric, or oncology
- Current drivers license and automobile insurance
- CPR certification
