We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Houseperson Associate to join our team at the DelMonte Hotel Group.

The ideal candidate will have 1-3 months of related experience or training in housekeeping, a valid driver's license with no major violations, and solid organizational, time-management, and prioritization skills.

This role is perfect for someone looking to start their career in the hospitality industry, as you will play a key role in ensuring a great guest and colleague experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain the overall cleanliness of hotel public areas, including restrooms, corridors, and common spaces.
  • Deliver guestroom supplies efficiently and on-time, ensuring that guests have everything they need for a comfortable stay.
  • Provide safe transportation to guests using the hotel shuttle vehicle, adhering to all safety protocols and regulations.
  • Collect and sort soiled linens, maintaining a high level of cleanliness and hygiene standards.
  • Assist with delivery and setup of guest-related supplies, such as towels and amenities.
  • Collect trash and transport it to the disposal area, keeping the hotel environment clean and tidy.
  • Check and report deficiencies in fixtures, equipment, and facility conditions, ensuring that any issues are addressed promptly.
  • Maintain housekeeping storage closets, organizing and labeling supplies to ensure easy access.
  • Assist with special deep cleaning tasks and snow removal, depending on the season and hotel needs.

Salary: $15.50 per hour, with opportunities for professional development and advancement.
