Job Title: LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse)

At Living Legends Health, we are seeking a skilled and compassionate LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in promoting the health, wellness, and illness prevention of our residents.

Responsibilities:
  • Ensure the care and safety of all residents in the nursing unit
  • Administer and document medications, treatments, and other nursing services
  • Maintain accurate records of resident conditions and provide timely updates to the nursing team
  • Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare providers
  • Participate in the orientation of new staff and maintain competency in all tasks required by CMS
Requirements:
  • Minimum 18 years of age
  • New York State (LPN) Licensed Practical Nurse licensure
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Basic computer knowledge and PCC e-MAR experience preferred
  • Physical endurance for frequent activity and ability to lift a minimum of 20 pounds
