About the Role:
CommuniCare Family of Companies is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Full Time Physical Therapist to join our team at Marley Neck Healthcare Center. As a Physical Therapist, you will play a vital role in helping our residents achieve their rehabilitation goals and improve their overall quality of life.
Responsibilities:
• Evaluate and develop treatment plans for patients/residents under physician order
• Implement treatment plans through direct treatment and education of the plan of care to all team members
• Attend interdisciplinary meetings to relay clinical findings and make recommendations to other members of the rehab team
• Conduct staff/family training and education when appropriate

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• Valid or pending state physical therapy license
