Key Responsibilities
  • Brand Ambassadorship: Act as a representative of the Urban Outfitters brand, embodying our values and standards.
  • Customer Experience: Lead by example in providing extraordinary customer service, using customer feedback to improve interactions and create a seamless shopping experience.
  • Leadership and Team Management: Participate as a floor service leader, facilitating a positive pace, communicating sales goals, and prioritizing service over tasks.
