Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Donation Attendant. In this role, you will be responsible for transporting donated goods, new goods, and target products from customer vehicles and GICO trucks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Accept or decline donations based on quality, communicating effectively with customers.
  • Provide excellent customer service, greeting the public in a professional and cheerful manner, and issuing detailed written receipts.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to quality control standards.
  • Operate GICO equipment and property, ensuring they are in good working condition.
  • Prepare and submit daily activity reports, tallies, and inventories as assigned.
  • Review and adhere to Goodwill Industries of Central Oklahoma safety policies, programs, and procedures.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Experience in customer service or interaction is a plus.
Working Conditions
  • Variable work schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Work in a climate-controlled atmosphere most of the time.
  • Occasional work in variable climate outside, including severe weather conditions.
