We are seeking a skilled Production Brewer to join our team at Anheuser-Busch Inc. in Lexington, VA. As a key member of our brewery operations team, you will be responsible for operating our 120-barrel automated brewing systems, ensuring the highest quality and production targets are met.
Key Responsibilities- Operate and monitor electronic and computerized brew systems
- Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean working environment
- Work closely with the brewing team to achieve desired quality and production targets
- Complete assigned tasks in accordance with company standard operating procedures and guidelines
- Keep accurate inventory and quality management of raw materials and chemicals
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum of two years of brewing experience as assistant brewer or brewer preferred
- Brewing education, certification, or undergraduate education preferred
- General knowledge of practices, methods, tools, and equipment used in production and pub-style brewing
