Position Overview
We are seeking part-time soccer instructors with potential for future full-time roles.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
• Ability to pass a federal background check
• Valid work authorization in the US
• Access to a printer
• Experience in coaching or childcare
• A passion for making a positive impact on children through soccer is preferred
• Experience working with children (coaching, teaching, or similar) is preferred
• Availability on Saturdays from 8am to 12pm is preferred

A Day in the Life

• Arrive punctually at all locations and deliver a positive experience to faculty, families, and children
• Effectively manage a class of up to 12 children
• Implement our curriculum focusing on skill and character development
• Maintain equipment and manage class rosters
• Leave knowing you made a significant impact

Hours

• Monday - Friday: 8am - 6pm
• Saturdays: 8am - 1pm
• Part-time: minimum of 10 hours/sessions per week, maximum of 25 hours/sessions
• Full-time: minimum of 32 hours/sessions per week, maximum of 40 hours/sessions

Soccer Shots is a dynamic children's soccer program for ages 2-8, emphasizing character and physical development. Our dedicated team positively influences children's lives both on and off the field through exceptional coaching, curriculum, and communication. As we expand, we maintain our family-oriented approach, treating our employees as a team and the children we coach as our own. We equip our coaches with training in leadership, communication, early childhood education, and sports management.
