- Possess a foundational knowledge of our culinary offerings.
- Maintain an efficient work pace to ensure guest satisfaction at all times.
- Adhere to food safety standards as outlined by the Delaware Department of Health.
- Deliver outstanding hospitality to every guest.
- Exhibit excellent emotional self-awareness, especially under pressure, while maintaining a warm and respectful demeanor.
- Possess a positive attitude and strong communication skills.
- Have a minimum of 2 years of bartending experience.
- Be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Demonstrate the ability to multitask and follow directions in a high-volume environment.
- Hold a valid Delaware Alcohol Server Training Card.
- Knowledge of a second language is advantageous.
