We are seeking a highly motivated individual with experience in residential service and sales to join our team at Summers Plumbing Heating & Cooling - Crawfordsville. The ideal candidate will have high growth potential and be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

We offer a competitive base salary of $52,000 per year, plus spiffs and commissions. Our compensation package also includes paid holidays, vacations, health and dental insurance, short- and long-term disability, and a 401K plan with company match. As an employee-owned company (Employee Stock Ownership Plan), you will have the opportunity to own a part of the business.

• Assemble, install, and repair pipes, fittings, and fixtures of heating, water, and drainage systems, according to specifications and plumbing codes.
• Determine plumbing service needs, quote prices, and perform repairs.
• Communicate professionally and respectfully with customers, office staff, and coworkers.
• Conduct thorough inspections and provide accurate quotes for replacements or repairs.
• Complete proposed work as quoted.

The successful candidate must be able to lift and maneuver equipment up to 25 lbs, crawl, climb, kneel, squat, bend, and reach overhead. They must also be able to use hand and power tools, and climb ladders.
