Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert financial analysis and support to our Intelligence Community customer.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive spend plans, ensuring optimal financial resource allocation.
  • Monitor and track interagency agreements, facilitating seamless financial transactions.
  • Prepare and process transactions, verifying and certifying payments.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to execute budgets effectively, ensuring alignment with programmatic goals.
  • Generate detailed budget reports, including funding and activity summaries.
  • Assist in the development of budget submissions, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
  • Contribute to the creation of fiscal guidance and implementation schedules.
  • Support adherence to Intelligence Planning, Programming, Budget, and Execution (IPPBE) deadlines and milestones.
  • Enhance operational procedures by recommending and implementing process improvements.
Requirements
  • Current and active TS/SCI Clearance with Counterintelligence (CI) Polygraph.
  • Bachelor's degree in a pertinent field, such as Finance, Accounting, or Economics.
  • 7+ years working in government budgeting, with 3-5 years in the Intelligence Community.
  • Proven expertise in government budget formulation activities and familiarity with the Intelligence Planning, Programming, Budget, and Execution Process.
