About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Palm Beach Gardens Team Member. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our customers have a positive experience in our restaurant.
Key Responsibilities:
- Hospitality & Brand Ambassadorship: Greet customers, provide information on menu options and our food ethos, and ensure that every customer leaves with a smile.
- Menu Knowledge & Food Preparation: Learn our menu and ingredients, prepare hot and cold food items for frontline and online orders, and maintain a clean and organized kitchen.
- Manual Operation of Kitchen Tools: Safely operate kitchen tools and utensils, read and execute instructions accurately, and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Food Safety & Cleanliness: Follow food safety standards, maintain clean workstations throughout your shift, and ensure that our restaurant meets the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
- Restaurant Organization, Dishwashing & Support: Maintain dish area, receive and restock orders, assist with kitchen tasks as necessary, and maintain a clean and organized restaurant.
- Physical Requirements: Lift up to 25 lbs, stand for extended periods, and maintain a high level of energy and enthusiasm throughout your shift.
Requirements:
- Must be available to work a minimum of 12 hours per week.
- You must be 18 years of age or older.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
