We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our Neonatal ICU team at DMC Sinai-Grace Hospital. As a key member of our patient care services team, you will provide exceptional care to our patients and their families.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care and coordinate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care delivery
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality patient outcomes
- Participate in shared decision-making activities and contribute to the development of unit policies and procedures
- Graduation from a school of nursing required
- BSN preferred
- Licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Michigan required
- American Heart Association (AHA) BLS required
