Job Opportunity

West Fraser's Angelina Lumber is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of Operator Apprentice. This entry-level position offers the opportunity to learn and grow within a dynamic and safety-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform entry-level lumberyard duties, including housekeeping and equipment operation.
  • Stack various lengths of lumber and monitor lumber movement.
  • Assist in maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.
  • Participate in on-the-job training and cross-training within departments.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum age of 18 years.
  • Excellent safety record and ability to follow safety procedures.
  • Good written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
