**Job Summary:**

As a Backroom Coordinator at HomeGoods, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our retail store. Your primary responsibility will be to orchestrate the processing of merchandise onto the sales floor, prioritizing truck delivery and ensuring that all merchandise is properly tagged, hung, secured, and coded per company guidelines.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Take an active role in training and mentoring Associates on established merchandising practices
