Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team. This role will oversee all aspects of project development and implementation, ensuring timely completion, quality, and budget compliance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Safety: Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols, implement site safety programs, and enforce subcontractor compliance with Boldt safety standards and regulations.
  • People: Lead teams, coordinate efforts, empower employees, and promote companywide internship and apprenticeship programs.
  • Quality: Implement Quality Management Systems, lead design studies, provide recommendations, and develop cost estimates.
  • Schedule: Manage the Boldt Production System, lead trade coordination meetings, look ahead planning, and submittal review meetings.
  • Cost: Negotiate change orders, manage information on changes in work, prepare independent analysis, acquire estimates from subcontractors, and resolve misalignments on project details.
  • Risk: Prepare detailed contract items lists, develop scopes of work, complete subcontracts and purchase orders, and participate in risk management.
Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field.
  • Five to seven years of experience in construction management, including safety, quality, scheduling, cost control, and risk management.
  • Proficiency in O365 office suite and ability to assume responsibility, interact, and communicate with others.
