Job Title: Electrical Insulation Foreman

We're seeking a skilled Electrical Insulation Foreman to join our team at nVent. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient installation of electrical insulation systems on our job sites.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of journeymen and helpers
  • Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and wiring diagrams to apply insulation to practical applications
  • Follow all unit insulation maintenance practices
  • Work in manufacturing environments, including climbing stairs and catwalks, and extreme heat/cold weather conditions
  • Observe all safety rules and regulations, and wear all personal protective equipment
Requirements:
  • Minimum of a High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
  • NCCER Certifications preferred but not required
  • Minimum 4 years of experience as an Insulation Journeyman
  • Motivated self-starter capable of working independently and efficiently
  • Ability to write legible, routine correspondence and to speak effectively as well as coherently with management and other employees
