Job Title: Technical Test Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Test Lead to join our team at Infosys Limited Digital. As a Technical Test Lead, you will be responsible for leading the testing efforts for our clients, ensuring that our software solutions meet the highest quality standards.

About the Role:
  • Lead the testing efforts for our clients, ensuring that our software solutions meet the highest quality standards.
  • Develop and execute test strategies, plans, and scripts to ensure thorough testing of our software solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, product management, and quality assurance, to ensure that our software solutions meet the needs of our clients.
  • Identify and report defects, and work with development teams to resolve issues.
  • Develop and maintain test environments, including setup and configuration of test data and infrastructure.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, and apply this knowledge to improve our testing processes and tools.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution.
  • 4 years of Information Technology experience.
  • Experience in Automation Testing and Testing skill in creating Test Strategy, Test scenarios and Test cases with hands on technical knowledge.
  • Experience in Telecom Verizon wireless applications is must, API Automation using Edge, Selenium Webdriver, TestNG.
  • Knowledge and experience with full SDLC lifecycle.
  • Experience in functional, regression, smoke, sanity, IVR and End to End Testing.
  • Strong experience in JCL, SQL, DB2, FILE-AID, QMF, SPUFI, Cobol, MVS, VSAM, TSO, ISPF, CICS.
  • DB2 Platinum Products, CA7, DB2-File Aid, IMS-File Aid, QMF, SPUFI, SYNCSORT, IDCAMS, FILE AID, STE, DUG, FTP, JCL Utilities, FTP, CMIS, JIRA, UNIX, Cassandra.
  • Experience in, Tosca, API Automation, Selenium Webdriver, TestNG.
  • Experience on bug tracking tools like JIRA.
  • Experience with Lean / Agile methodologies.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in understanding the product, analyzing user stories, performing data analysis, developing test scenario.
  • Should have experience in Automation, Mainframe skills and Agile methodology.
  • Very good understanding of the Software Test life cycle activities through practice in multiple Projects.
  • Experience in testing tools like Devops CICD implementation, Jenkins, Postman, SoapUI.
  • Analytical and Communication skills.
  • Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment.
  • Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment.
