Salary: The estimated starting wage for this role is $26.50 per hour, with potential earnings of up to $76,000 in the first year (inclusive of salary and bonus when applicable).
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in a retail environment.
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
- Ability to provide and lead others to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
- Ability to interpret and apply company policies and procedures.
