Manager Trainee

The Store Manager Trainee role at ALDI offers a unique opportunity for individuals to develop their leadership skills and take on increasing levels of responsibility within the store. As a Store Manager Trainee, you will be responsible for supervising day-to-day store activities, ensuring overall store performance, and mentoring team members.

This role involves:

• Supervising day-to-day store activities and ensuring overall store performance.
• Mentoring and developing team members to achieve enhanced performance.
• Handling customer concerns and ensuring appropriate resolutions.
• Ensuring proper store signage and quality of ALDI products.
• Assisting in hiring store personnel and preparing weekly schedules.
• Establishing and communicating job responsibilities and performance expectations.

Salary: The estimated starting wage for this role is $26.50 per hour, with potential earnings of up to $76,000 in the first year (inclusive of salary and bonus when applicable).

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in a retail environment.
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
• Ability to provide and lead others to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies and procedures.
