About the Role
This position requires a licensed pharmacist to manage the day-to-day operations of our pharmacy, including patient safety, regulatory compliance, and customer service. As a Staff Pharmacist, you will have the chance to lead by example, motivating and developing your support staff to provide exceptional care to our customers.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must have a strong foundation in pharmacy practice, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service. You should also possess strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop your team members. A valid pharmacy license in the state where you'll be working is mandatory. Additional requirements include immunization certification and no pending felony charges or convictions for controlled substance offenses.

The estimated salary for this position is $60,000 - $75,000 per year, based on national averages for similar roles.
