Key Responsibilities
  • Provide nursing care and support to youth residents on an as-needed basis
  • Assess, plan, and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each resident
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and support
  • Administer medications and maintain accurate medication records
  • Conduct health screenings and provide health education to residents
  • Participate in admission and discharge planning to ensure a smooth transition for residents
  • Document all interactions and care provided in the electronic health record
  • Maintain knowledge of involuntary psychiatric evaluation procedures and community provider resources
  • Perform other duties as required to support the care and well-being of our youth residents
Requirements
  • Registered Florida license in the field of nursing (RN or LPN)
  • A valid Florida driver's license
  • Personal and professional reference checks are required
  • A history free of offenses as listed on the Affidavit of Good Moral Character
  • Must be able to pass an extensive background screening
  • Must be able to pass a drug screening
  • Must have a passion for helping others and a commitment to providing high-quality patient care
What We Offer
  • Competitive salary: $26 to $30 per hour plus evening and weekend bonus
  • $1,000 sign-on bonus ($500 paid at 90 days & $500 paid at 1 year anniversary)
