Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Medical Imaging Specialist to join our team at TotalMed Staffing. As a Medical Imaging Specialist, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality imaging services to our patients.

About the Role

In this position, you will be responsible for operating imaging equipment, preparing patients for exams, and maintaining a clean and safe environment. You will work closely with our medical team to ensure that patients receive the best possible care.

Responsibilities

* Operate imaging equipment, including MRI, CT, and X-ray machines * Prepare patients for exams, including explaining procedures and positioning patients * Maintain a clean and safe environment, including disinfecting equipment and disposing of waste * Collaborate with medical team to ensure high-quality patient care * Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on the latest imaging technologies and techniques

Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent required * Completion of a medical imaging program or equivalent experience * Certification in medical imaging, such as ARRT or NMTCB * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
