This role involves modeling safety, operating sandblast equipment, maintaining equipment, and effectively using spray paint equipment.

1. Adhere to safety protocols and best practices.
2. Prepare surfaces for painting using sandblast equipment.
3. Maintain and operate equipment to ensure efficiency and productivity.
4. Use spray paint equipment to achieve high-quality finishes.
5. Perform auto body and auto paint work with precision and attention to detail.
6. Competently perform industrial equipment painting.
7. Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
8. Communicate project status to supervisors.
9. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
10. Assist supervisors with additional tasks and responsibilities.

This position requires operating material handling equipment. As an hourly employee, you can expect an estimated annual salary of $45,000 - $65,000 based on location and experience. Additional responsibilities include repairing truck parts and understanding written estimates.
