Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Distribution Operator to join our team at Vestis. As a Distribution Operator, you will be responsible for:

    Familiarizing yourself with the garment numbering system (GID) and shipping schedule board;

    Following a shipping schedule and knowing the initial step to separate garments into routes for specific sort areas;

    Informing the supervisor of any quality, mechanical, or shipping schedule problems;

    Watching the end of the supply bars for falling garments and re-hanging fallen garments on appropriate bars;

    Monitoring garments for wrinkles and removing garments not meeting specified quality standards.
