Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide personal care services to clients, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Assist with daily living activities, such as meal preparation and light housekeeping
  • Monitor and record vital signs, including temperature, pulse, and respiration
  • Follow written assignment and instructions from the RN/Case Manager
  • Complete and submit accurate documentation
Requirements:
  • Active certification as a CNA in the state(s) of practice
  • At least eighteen (18) years of age
  • Current CPR certification and TB test
