This is a full-time, on-site opportunity for a Neonatal Intensive Care Nurse (RN) at VHC Health TM in Arlington, VA. The Neonatal Intensive Care Nurse will be tasked with delivering specialized medical attention to critically ill newborns, overseeing vital signs, administering necessary medications, and working collaboratively with healthcare teams to ensure the best possible patient outcomes.
- Provide specialized care in Neonatal Intensive Care and Critical Care Nursing.
- Demonstrate experience in Critical Care Medicine and Nursing.
- Maintain a strong foundation in Medicine with an emphasis on newborn care.
- Exhibit the ability to prioritize and make critical decisions in high-pressure situations.
- Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Hold a current RN license in the state of Virginia.
- Certification in Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) is preferred.
- Previous experience in a Level III Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) is advantageous.
