As an Assessment Counselor Supervisor, you will lead and inspire our dedicated team to provide high-quality support to youth in our care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide hands-on supervision and training to Youth Care Workers, fostering a supportive and effective team environment.
  • Implement direct care services and ensure the delivery of high-quality support to youth in our care.
  • Actively engage youth in assessment activities, helping them unlock their potential and find the services that match their needs.
  • Monitor and maintain the safety and integrity of the physical property, ensuring a secure environment for all.

Requirements:

  • At least 21 years old.
  • Background in a human services field, particularly working with youth.
  • Previous supervisory or staff management experience.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required.
  • A valid driver's license.
  • Ability to pass pre-employment background, driving, and substance screenings.
