Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in the intensive care unit, including assessing, monitoring, and managing their conditions.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Administer medications and perform advanced interventions and procedures as prescribed by physicians.
- Educate patients and their families on their conditions, treatment options, and care plans to promote optimal recovery and health outcomes.
- Current RN license and BLS certification.
- At least two years of recent ICU RN experience.
- Strong communication and adaptability skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
