### Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) at Alliance ABA Therapy. As an RBT, you will play a vital role in providing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children with Autism and ADHD in a home-based setting.

### Key Responsibilities

* Provide 1:1 ABA services to youth under the age of 21 with Autism Spectrum Disorder or other developmental disabilities
* Collaborate with parents and caregivers to provide behavior coaching and support
* Work with Board Certified Behavior Analysts to develop and implement effective treatment plans
* Collect data and complete treatment notes as required

### Requirements

* High school diploma required
* Availability to work weekday afternoons and evenings
* Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Early Childhood Education, or related field preferred
* Minimum 1 year of experience working with children, with experience working with children who have developmental disabilities/Autism preferred
* Experience with interventions to address maladaptive behaviors
* Ability to pass the RBT training curriculum and exam within the first 30 days of employment
