Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to provide direct and indirect patient care to our veteran population at the Wisconsin Veterans Home at Union Grove. As a Nurse Clinician, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care, collaborating with the healthcare team, and ensuring the well-being of our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct and indirect patient care to a geriatric and/or disabled population
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to coordinate member care and monitor care given by other health team members
  • Assist in patient mobility efforts and perform various physical tasks as needed
  • Work collaboratively with other staff members to ensure the delivery of high-quality care
Requirements
  • Licensed or eligible for licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of Wisconsin or a Nurse Licensure Compact state
  • Experience providing basic nursing care, working collaboratively, and using computer systems and applications
  • Well-qualified applicants will also have experience providing advanced nursing care, leading and/or training others, and providing nursing care in a long-term care, geriatric, or skilled nursing setting
