- Act as a resource and role model for fellow staff members, promoting a culture of teamwork and collaboration.
- Participate in training and educational activities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
- Provide exceptional customer service, demonstrating respect, dignity, and compassion for all patients and families.
- High school graduate or equivalent.
- Previous hospital or nursing home experience preferred.
- Current RI Nursing Assistant License and Basic Life Support certification required.
- Ability to communicate effectively, document information accurately, and work efficiently with a wide variety of individuals.
