Job Summary

The Training Logistics Coordinator plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of training programs at Christus Health. This position is responsible for onboarding and implementation of training logistics, including Learning Management System (LMS) management, classroom reservations, and end-user support.

Key Responsibilities
  • LMS Management: Coordinate the creation and deployment of LMS courses, ensuring accurate record-keeping and timely updates.
  • Classroom Management: Oversee classroom reservations, registration, and setup, including virtual classrooms.
  • Training Support: Provide exceptional support to training participants, including troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with Lead Credentialed Trainers and Principal Trainers to schedule and assign coverage for classes and support.
  • Ticket Management: Manage training support tickets, including on-call services, to ensure timely resolution of issues.
  • Communication: Maintain open communication with stakeholders, including training participants, trainers, and management.
  • Administrative Tasks: Perform administrative tasks, including shared inbox management and correspondence.
Requirements
  • Education: Associate's degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Experience: Two+ years of experience with an LMS within the healthcare industry preferred.
  • Skills: Expert knowledge of Epic training programs and the healthcare industry required; experience with Microsoft Office suite, including Outlook, SharePoint, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Visio, and Project.
  • Certifications: Epic Certification and current NVTs (New Version Training) for one or more application preferred.
Work Environment

This is a full-time position that requires exceptional organizational and communication skills. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team to ensure the success of training programs at Christus Health.
