About the Position
Elgin Community College is seeking a highly skilled Out-of-School Program Coordinator to join our team. As a member of our staff, you will be responsible for program recruitment, development, coordination, and case management services to WIOA youth participants.

Job Responsibilities
- Recruit, review, and determine eligibility of potential participants
- Conduct professional ongoing case management for grant participants
- Develop Individual Participant Plans for all participants
- Provide participant referrals and current case notes in reporting system to the job developer

Requirements
- Master's degree in Education, Social Work, or related field or bachelor's degree with a minimum of four years of combined Illinois WIOA grant and experience working with students
- Working knowledge of job development, internship program administration, student employment administration, career counseling, or related area
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
