About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Area Supervisor to join our team at McDonald's. As an Area Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading and developing a team of General Managers to achieve operational excellence and drive sales growth across multiple restaurants.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop a team of General Managers to achieve operational excellence and drive sales growth
  • Ensure restaurants are compliant with McDonald's and franchise operational and company policies
  • Participate in the staffing process, from hiring to training and promotion
  • Develop and implement operational plans to improve sales and profitability
  • Monitor and analyze sales trends, identifying opportunities for growth and implementing programs to build sales
  • Ensure the highest levels of customer satisfaction and quality service
  • Review operational reports, analyzing and monitoring action plans to improve any areas that are not performing up to standards
Requirements
  • McDonald's experience and knowledge of our brand values and systems
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to develop and motivate a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with General Managers, team members, customers, and suppliers
  • Ability to analyze sales trends and identify opportunities for growth
