About the Role

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team in Washington, DC. As a Physical Therapist, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our clients in their homes.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments of clients' physical abilities and develop personalized care plans to address their needs.
  • Perform diagnostic tests and measurements to evaluate clients' mobility, strength, and balance.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans, including manual therapeutic exercises, gait training, and other interventions.
  • Continuously assess and revise care plans to ensure optimal outcomes for clients.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and support for clients.
Requirements
  • A current VA Physical Therapist license.
  • Graduation from a program approved by the American Physical Therapy Association or the Committee on Allied Health Education and Accreditation of the American Medical Association.
  • Solid computer skills and prior experience with electronic medical records (EMR) preferred.
