• Welcome and serve customers with a smile, setting clear expectations and ensuring their needs are met.
• Custom fit glasses and precisely place prescriptions in lenses, demonstrating attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
• Act as a leader in optical acumen, providing expert advice and guidance to customers and colleagues alike.
• Take and record measurements, accurately adjust and fit eyewear, and ensure finished products meet standards and customer needs.
• Assist team members with complex product needs and prescriptions, showcasing your technical expertise.
• Utilize technology efficiently, maintaining accuracy and attention to detail even in high-pressure situations.
• Proactively identify and resolve issues, ensuring customer satisfaction and exceeding expectations.
• Manage time effectively, prioritizing tasks and competing priorities with ease.
• Strive for exceptional results on Brand KPIs and competencies, taking pride in your work and the store's appearance.
• Inform management of safety opportunities and demonstrate safe work practices.
• Embody a resourceful, self-motivated attitude, with a desire for continual learning and improvement.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, including discounts, promotions, and inventory management.

• High School graduate or equivalent.
• State licensure.
• Optical dispensing experience.
• Strong customer service skills, including communication, listening, and teamwork.
• Knowledge of current store merchandise.
• Basic math skills.
• Awareness of current fashion trends.
• Selling skills, including the ability to use and carry an iPad/tablet.
• Familiarity with POS, computers, and calculators.
• Embracing new technology and change.

• Previous customer service and retail experience.
