Your Role:
As the Lead ECMO Nurse Specialist, you will be responsible for coordinating and delivering exceptional, patient-centered care. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Administering Extracorporeal Membrane Oxygenation (ECMO) therapy to patients with compromised heart and lung function.
  • Documenting care provided in the patient medical record accurately and promptly.
  • Preparing and managing clinical equipment and circuitry in accordance with ECMO protocols.
  • Assessing treatment effectiveness and collaborating with the multidisciplinary care team to enhance patient outcomes.

Qualifications:
We welcome candidates with an Associate Degree, Bachelor's Degree, or Registered Nurse Diploma to apply.
