Job Title: Registered Nurse - Endoscopy

Cleveland Clinic is a leading healthcare provider, and we're seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Endoscopy Department at Weston Hospital.

About the Role:

As a Registered Nurse in our Endoscopy Department, you will provide direct care to pre- and post-procedure patients in a fast-paced environment. You will work collaboratively with the multi-disciplinary team to ensure the best outcomes for each patient.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality patient care, following established standards, department guidelines, and hospital policies and procedures.
  • Use strong assessment and critical thinking skills to collaborate with the team and provide the best outcomes for each patient.
  • Ensure patient advocacy, safety, and education.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment, taking appropriate action to meet the needs of patients and the team.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of one year of experience as an RN in an acute care setting or surgical services.
  • Graduate from an accredited school of professional nursing. BSN preferred.
  • Current state licensure as Registered Nurse (RN).
  • Proof of Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) through American Heart Association (AHA) must be presented upon hire.
Physical Requirements:

This role requires full range of body motion, including handling and lifting patients, manual and finger dexterity, and eye-hand coordination. You will also need to stand and walk for extended periods of time, and work under stressful conditions and irregular hours.
