Seasonal Sales Associate Opportunity

We're looking for a talented and enthusiastic Seasonal Sales Associate to join our team at Tailored Brands Inc. As a Seasonal Sales Associate, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience, driving sales, and contributing to a positive and inclusive work environment.

About the Role:

As a Seasonal Sales Associate, you will be the face of our brand, interacting with customers, and providing them with a world-class experience. You will be responsible for:

  • Engaging with customers, building relationships, and delivering a personalized shopping experience.
  • Driving sales through effective selling techniques, product knowledge, and customer engagement.
  • Working collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales goals and metrics.
  • Assisting with visual merchandising, store displays, and other store-related projects.
  • Handling cash transactions, operating a cash register, and maintaining a high level of accuracy.

Requirements:

To be successful as a Seasonal Sales Associate, you will need to possess excellent customer service skills, a strong ability to work in a team environment, and a willingness to learn and adapt to new programs and initiatives. You will also need to be able to stand and walk for the majority of your work shift, frequently bend, squat, and twist, and lift up to 50 pounds. Work Environment:

As a Seasonal Sales Associate, you will work in a fast-paced retail environment, interacting with customers, and working collaboratively with the sales team.
