About the Role

Sun River Health is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team in Monticello. As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our healthcare team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide nursing care to patients, within the unit of the Center or authorized community site, in support of medical care as directed by the medical staff and pursuant to the objectives and policies of the Center.
  • Perform in-house labs, collect specimens for outside labs, and perform quality control in accordance with organizational protocols.
  • Complete and update all assigned tasks & logs, and initiate follow-up as necessary (as directed by provider).
  • Do health teaching as indicated by physician, diagnosis, and/or inquires by patient, and direct patient to Registered Nurse as necessary.
Requirements
  • Valid New York State LPN License
  • CPR Certification
  • Infection Control Certification
  • Pay rate $26-33ph
