Data Scientist II

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Scientist II to join our team at Janus Health: Shape the Future of Healthcare. As a key member of our data science team, you will apply advanced data science techniques to large datasets captured from healthcare revenue cycle processes, helping to identify trends, optimize workflows, and create actionable insights.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze large datasets from healthcare revenue cycle processes to uncover trends, patterns, and anomalies.
- Build and refine machine learning models for process mining, workflow optimization, and recommendations.
- Develop algorithms to detect workflow bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and deviations from the optimal process path.
- Calculate metrics and KPI's to quantify process efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- 3+ years of experience in data science, ideally within healthcare or a related field.
- Proven experience building machine learning models, particularly for process mining, anomaly detection, or optimization.
- Strong programming skills in Python, with experience using data science libraries such as scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
