About the Role

Healthcare Therapy Services is seeking a skilled Physical Therapist Assistant to provide high-quality care to our diverse patient population. As a PTA, you will work collaboratively with our therapy team to deliver evidence-based treatments and achieve optimal patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide physical therapy services to patients in rehab-to-home, long term care, and outpatient settings.
  • Work collaboratively with physical therapists and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and goals.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans that promote patient independence and functional ability.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have an active Indiana Physical Therapist Assistant license and be legally eligible to work in the United States. You should also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
