Educational Psychologist

About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Educational Psychologist to provide comprehensive psychological services to students, collaborating with educators, parents, and other professionals to support student success.
Responsibilities:
- Conducting assessments and evaluations as needed to identify students' academic, cognitive, and socio-emotional strengths and challenges.
- Developing and implementing evidence-based intervention strategies to promote academic, social, and emotional well-being.
- Providing counseling services to students individually and in groups, as well as consulting with teachers and parents to develop and implement support plans.
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
Requirements:
- A Master's or Doctoral degree in School Psychology or a related field.
- State certification or licensure as a School Psychologist.
- Knowledge of assessment tools and techniques for evaluating academic, cognitive, and socio-emotional functioning.
- Experience in conducting psychoeducational assessments and interpreting results.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with students, families, and staff.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement student-centered interventions.
