**Key Responsibilities:**
- Interpret project specifications and technical documents
- Create comprehensive budgets and cost models for construction projects
- Develop and present conceptual and hard bid estimates to clients
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date cost databases
- Review and analyze estimates and change orders for construction projects
- Develop pre-construction cost estimates and provide recommendations to clients

**Requirements:**
