As a Laundry Service Specialist, your responsibilities will include:

  • Sorting, washing, and folding linens from guest accommodations and dining areas
  • Maintaining cleanliness and organization in the laundry area
  • Collaborating with Room Attendants and Porters as needed
  • Managing all laundry operations for items such as towels, uniforms, bedspreads, and blankets
  • Providing a welcoming experience for every hotel guest.
  • Availability for second shift work and flexibility throughout the week and on holidays

Qualifications & Experience

A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred. Familiarity with hotel housekeeping and cleaning practices is beneficial. Previous experience in a hotel environment is advantageous. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.

Physical Requirements

Must be able to lift up to 35 pounds. The role requires constant walking, lifting, bending, pushing, and pulling. Regular exposure to cleaning products is necessary. Ability to work in a warm environment at various times of the year is required.
