Your Key Responsibilities
As a Graduate Nurse, you will be responsible for administering bedside patient care, assessing patients' needs, developing and revising individualized plans of care, and evaluating patients' progress toward attaining expected outcomes. You will also be required to demonstrate knowledge of the principles of growth and development over the life span, assess data reflective of the patient's status, and interpret the necessary information to identify each patient's requirements relative to their age-specific needs. Additionally, you will be expected to communicate effectively with medical staff, interdisciplinary teams, and patients' families to ensure seamless delivery of care. Ultimately, your goal will be to provide high-quality patient care and contribute to the growth and development of our nursing team.
